Most Leaks Are a Repair, Not a New Roof
The majority of roof leaks we trace come from a handful of places: failed pipe boots, lifted or cracked flashing at chimneys and walls, wind-damaged shingles, and clogged valleys. Each of those can be fixed properly for a fraction of a replacement, and a well-done repair can hold for years.
We find the actual source, which is often a few feet from where the stain appears on your ceiling, fix it with matching materials, and photograph the work so you can see what was done. If the roof really is past repairing, you will hear that too, with the evidence.
