When water is coming in, the priority is protecting the inside of your home. We tarp and seal the damaged area to stop further water entry, photograph everything for your insurer, and then schedule the permanent repair once the weather allows.

What should I do while I wait for you?
Move valuables away from the leak, catch water in buckets, and if a ceiling is bulging, carefully puncture it at the lowest point to drain it into a bucket. Do not go up on a wet roof.
Will insurance cover an emergency repair?
Sudden storm damage is often covered, subject to your policy and deductible. Temporary repairs that prevent further damage are usually expected by insurers. We provide the documentation.
